We’re here to accommodate your orders from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). Orders that come our way after 6 PM any day of the week (including holidays) will be processed the following business day. But, feel free to browse our shop 24/7!

How do I pay?
We currently accept payment in three ways: via credit / debit card, via bank transfer, or via cash on delivery. When you do an OTC deposit, just send your deposit slip to so we can verify your purchase and proceed to shipping. Don't forget to include your name & order number, or you can just forward your Order Confirmation email along with a photo or scan of your deposit slip.

How come one of the products in my cart is no longer available?
Due to the high demand for our items, we can only reserve an item for you once you complete the order purchase. If an item in your cart is suddenly no longer available, another shopper must have ordered the last stock and completed the checkout process before you did. If you really really want it, send us a note at with your name, the product name and quantity, and let's see what we can do.


When can I expect delivery?
We know waiting is the hardest part that’s why we aim to deliver your orders within 2 to 4 days for Metro Manila addresses, and 4 to 7 business days for the rest of the Philippines. Expect to receive your goodies between 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday except on public holidays. If you want to know more about the status of your delivery, please contact us at

Can I ask someone else to receive my order for me?
Of course! Just make sure to provide an alternate recipient (“authorized representative”) during the checkout process should you not be around to receive the item. We want to make sure your items get to you in tip-top shape so we’ll only release your package to you or your authorized representative.

What happens when neither I nor my authorized representative is around to receive the delivery?
Don’t fret! We will automatically re-deliver your package to you within 3 business days. If our shipping partner is still unable to catch you or your alternate recipient, our Concierge will reach out to you to coordinate subsequent delivery efforts.

Do you deliver outside the Philippines?
Right now, our regular shipping arrangements cover only the Philippines. But that shouldn't stop you from shopping, right? Send us an email at with your cart details (a screenshot will do the trick too) so we can see how we can help you.

How much are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are computed based on the package weight and delivery destination. For more information, please refer to the table below:

But guess what? We’re offering FREE SHIPPING within Metro Manila until March 31, 2018 while our friends from outside the metro can enjoy FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING up to 5kg with a minimum spend of PhP 5,000!
