By placing an Order, you make an offer to Curated By Vault Manila, Inc. (“VAULT MANILA”) and the relevant Seller/s to purchase the product/s you have selected subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

> The products you purchase on CuratedByVault.com (interchangeably referred to as “VAULT” or “Website”) are provided by the seller of such products (referred to as “Seller”). The sales transaction is therefore between you and the Seller and the Seller is solely responsible for providing you with the tax receipt or sales invoice.
> For some products, VAULT MANILA is the Seller while in most cases, the products are sold by third-party merchants (“Merchant Partner”). Whichever the case, the Seller will be identified in the product page.
> VAULT makes available a platform that enables End Users to purchase products from VAULT MANILA or our Merchant Partners.
> We cannot process and grant requests for refunds and/or exchange of products sold by our Merchant Partners without their express approval unless such request qualifies under our Return and Refund Policy.
> Any controversy, dispute, warranty claim, refund request, and/or exchange of purchased items not covered by our Return and Refund Policy shall be addressed and resolved by the specific Seller from whom you purchased the product.

> VAULT MANILA and its Merchant Partners consistently aim to provide you with the most accurate description of the products on offer. However, neither VAULT MANILA nor the Merchant Partner warrants that such description is free from error. Our Return and Refund Policy shall apply should the product you receive be fundamentally different from the product described on the platform and which you have purchased.
> All branded products featured on VAULT are either sourced from or sold by the manufacturers or authorized distributors. VAULT MANILA and its Merchant Partners guarantee that the products listed on the Website are all authentic, brand new, free from any defects, of merchantable quality, and in full conformity with laws and regulations.
> When applicable, the product warranty terms and conditions shall be stated by the Seller on the Website. The Seller excludes all other implied terms, warranties or conditions with respect to the products supplied unless explicitly provided in the product warranty’s terms and conditions or expressly mandated by applicable laws and regulations.
> All prices published on VAULT are inclusive of VAT and other relevant taxes unless otherwise indicated in the featured product’s terms and conditions.
> VAULT MANILA and its Merchant Partners reserve the right to change the published prices or cancel any promotions at any given time.
o The relevant Seller retains the right to cancel an order or purchase in the event of a pricing error. Should any of your ordered or purchased products be deemed mispriced on the Website, VAULT MANILA shall notify you immediately of the cancellation on behalf of the Seller. In the event payment has already been made, you will be provided with a full refund.

> You must be over 18 years of age to place an order and make a purchase on VAULT.
> You are required to provide certain information prior to placing an order on the Website to enable us to process and fulfil your order correctly.
> When placing an order, you acknowledge that all details you provide are true and accurate.
> When paying via credit or debit card, you guarantee that you are an authorized user of the payment card and that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase of the products.
> VAULT MANILA and its merchant and fulfilment partners are not accountable for any fulfilment delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by you, such as but not limited to an incorrect shipping address or authorized representative.
> An order does not automatically equate to a purchase. Orders are only considered purchased once your payment has been received and verified by any of our authorized channels. We currently accept payment in three ways – via credit / debit card, via bank transfer, or via cash on delivery.
> Items added to the shopping cart are not guaranteed to be reserved for you until after you complete the order process. VAULT MANILA is not accountable nor will it be placed under any responsibility to replace items added to the shopping cart but have sold out prior to checkout. We will provide you with a notification should an item become unavailable prior to the completion of the checkout process.
> Due to the limited number of stocks of the products sold on the website, we can only hold the stock for pending orders, or orders made where payment will be done at a later time such as via bank transfer or cash on delivery, for a limited period.
> Orders are processed during our business hours, 10 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday except on public holidays. Orders received after 6 PM on weekdays and on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be considered received and processed the following business day.
> A purchased order is considered fulfilled once the product/s is/are delivered to you.
> VAULT MANILA and its Merchant Partners reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders from any End User for any justifiable cause.

> Delivery hours are between 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. You can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
> Metro Manila: 2 to 4 business days
> Nationwide: 4 to 7 business days
> VAULT MANILA and its partners aim to deliver your purchased products on time. Should there be unavoidable delays, our Concierge will immediately notify you of the adjusted delivery schedule.
> Please provide an alternate recipient (“authorized representative”) during the checkout process should you not be around to receive the order upon delivery. To prevent your purchased products from falling into the wrong hands, our shipping partner will only release your order to you or your authorized representative.
> VAULT MANILA and its partners will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may happen to your purchased product/s after your order has been received by you or your authorized representative.
> Should you or your authorized representative be unavailable to receive the order upon delivery, we will attempt to redeliver within 3 business days. Should the second delivery attempt still become unsuccessful, you will be charged with an additional shipping fee for the re-delivery to be collected upon final delivery. Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the items to be delivered and delivery location.
> It is your responsibility to provide us with the complete and correct shipping address. Should the delivery be not completed due to erroneous details provided by you, you will be charged with an additional shipping fee for the re-delivery to the correct address to be collected upon final delivery.
> VAULT MANILA and its partners cannot be held responsible for delays that are caused by reasons beyond its control such as natural calamities, political uprisings and the like.

> We offer a one-time exchange if the item meets the conditions for return and the item being requested in exchange (“replacement item”) is at least equal in value.
> Should the replacement item be higher in value than the returned item, the difference in price shall be charged to you.
> Items which have since gone on sale are not eligible for exchange.
> Due to hygienic concerns, we strictly do not accept returns of the following items unless they meet the conditions for refund as described below: Swimwear, lingerie, underwear, socks and hosiery, beauty and personal care products such as (but not limited to) cosmetics and fragrances.
> We do not accept returns for refund unless the product delivered to you is defective or damaged prior to your receipt, or fundamentally different from the item you ordered.
> Shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable.
> A return item, whether for exchange or refund, must be returned to us within 7 days from the time it was delivered to you. The item must be unused and contained in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, tags and other inclusions.
> VAULT MANILA and its Merchant Partners reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements described above.
> All returned items will undergo a verification process to confirm if they qualify for an exchange or refund.
> Replacement items will be delivered to you within 7 days from confirmation of exchange and payment, if applicable.
> Should the item be no longer available, you will be refunded in full within 14 days from confirmation.
> All other qualified refunds will be processed within 14 days from confirmation.
> Our Concierge will notify you via email and / or phone when the replacement item has been shipped or the refund payment has been deposited, whichever is applicable.
