I just changed my mind, can I still exchange an item I bought for another product?
If you’re returning a damaged or incorrect item, you may opt to have the returned product replaced with a new item. Or you may simply ask for a refund on the item cost to be processed within 14 days from confirmation. Unfortunately, the refund excludes shipping and handling fees.
Don’t worry, we got you covered! We offer a one-time exchange as long as the original item is returned to us in its original condition within 7 days from the time you received it. Just make sure to choose a replacement item that is at least equal in value to the original purchase. If the replacement item’s value is higher, we’ll simply charge you with the difference.
What do I do if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item?
If this happens, we’re so sorry and we’d love to make it up to you! Please reach out to us ASAP via firstname.lastname@example.org. A damaged, defective or incorrect item must be returned within 7 days from the time you received it. Don’t forget to send the item back to us in its original condition.
Do I get a refund if I return an item?
While we understand that shopping decisions are tricky & subject to change, returns for refund are valid only if the products delivered to you are considered defective, damaged or fundamentally different from the item you ordered. All returned items will be verified first if they qualify for an exchange or refund.
What happens next after I return an item?
All returned items will undergo a verification process to confirm if they qualify for an exchange or refund, so make sure you send them back to us in their original condition along with the packaging, tags, manuals and other inclusions.
If you’re returning an item to exchange, replacement items will be delivered to you within 7 days upon verification and payment, if applicable. Should the item be no longer available, you will be refunded in full within 14 days from confirmation.
Whatever the case, we’ll make sure to notify you via email and / or phone when the replacement item has been shipped or the refund payment has been deposited.
Are all items returnable?
Sadly, swimwear, lingerie, underwear, socks and hosiery, beauty and personal care products (such as cosmetics and fragrances) are non-returnable. We cherish health, hygiene & safety above all else!
