I can’t wait to shop! So, how do I make a purchase?
It’s so easy. We’ve categorized our items for you for easy browsing. You can conveniently add items to your cart from different areas of the shop: Home & Living or Fashion, By Material, By Brand or Designer. Don't forget to check out our Clearance section also! Once you've made your selections, just click Add to Cart, then Checkout and you’re good to go!
Do I need to create an account before I can purchase?
How do I pay?
We currently accept payment in three ways: via credit / debit card thru Paypal, bank payment, or cash on delivery. Just a heads up, you don’t need a Paypal account to use your credit / debit card on Paypal. If you opt for bank payment, just send your deposit slip or transfer confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can verify your payment and proceed to shipping. Don't forget to include your name & order number, or you can just forward your Order Confirmation email along with a photo or scan of your deposit slip.
Will my credit or debit card details be safe online?
Definitely! Security is a top priority for us. So much so, that we are PCI compliant. This means that the payment card information we collect is encrypted on the fly. They cannot be decrypted and we do not store this information.
I’m done with my order and I’m so excited! When can I expect delivery?
We aim to deliver your orders within 2 to 4 days for Metro Manila addresses, and 4 to 7 business days for the rest of the Philippines. Expect to receive your goodies between 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. If you want to know more about the status of your delivery, please hit us up at email@example.com.
How much are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are computed based on package weight and delivery destination. If you want to find out more, check out our Shopping and Shipping page for more information.
What if I change my mind? Do you have a Return Policy?
Yes. We know how shopping decisions could get so difficult and a last-minute change of mind is sometimes unavoidable. Check out our Returns & Exchanges page to learn more.
What are your business hours?
Our customer support team can accommodate your questions and orders from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). Orders that come our way after 6 PM any day of the week (including holidays) will be processed the following business day. But feel free to browse our shop 24/7!
